CF10 CF20 CF30 PEEK Resin Pellet Granule
Carbon fiber PEEKl. It combines the high strength of carbon fiber with the excellent performance of PEEK. In terms of strength, its tensile strength can reach 150-200MPa, which is significantly higher than ordinary PEEK and can withstand greater external forces. Due to the addition of carbon fiber, the material's rigidity is enhanced, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is as low as 2.5 * 10 ⁻⁵/℃, resulting in better dimensional stability. In high temperature environments, the long-term use temperature remains at 260 ℃. This material is commonly used in the aerospace industry to manufacture aircraft components, and in the automotive industry to produce high-performance engine components, greatly improving product performance and reliability.
