Dongguan PRES Carbon fiber (CF) reinforced PPS composite is a kind of composite material with excellent properties. Compared with glass fiber reinforced PPS composite, it has high stiffness and high strength, conductivity, high elasticity, wear resistance, friction and other characteristics, and has broad application space in high strength, high modulus, high temperature, wear resistance, antistatic and other environments.
The processing process of carbon fiber reinforced PPS composite is consistent with that of glass fiber reinforced PPS composite, which is easy to achieve large-scale production. Carbon fiber can improve the lubrication performance, wear resistance and electrical conductivity of PPS, so that the composite material has a wider application space.
