PEEK material is widely used in automotive components, mainly including the following aspects:

Power system: 

Peek can be used to manufacture engine hoods that can withstand high temperatures and mechanical stresses; Oil pump rotors can also be made to ensure the normal operation of the oil pump with good wear resistance and mechanical properties.

Transmission System : 

Peek is used to manufacture components such as bearings, gaskets, clutch rings, etc. The self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties of PEEK material can reduce friction and energy loss during transmission, improve transmission efficiency and component service life.

Sealing system: 

Peek is often used to make engine seals, cylinder gaskets, etc. The high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and good sealing performance of PEEK material can effectively prevent oil leakage and external impurities from entering the engine, ensuring the normal operation of the engine.

Electrical system:

New energy vehicle battery system: 

PEEK is used for producing battery casings, electrode frames, etc. The high strength, high temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance of PEEK material can protect the internal structure of batteries and improve their safety and stability.
